Don't those sites look professionally designed. Things are getting harder out there.
Good post humpty, if it stops just one user from being tricked by them it will have been worth the post.
Definitely will trick some people. I find it amazing they're now using the venerable PC user in their adverts as a picture to make it look all the more "user friendly."
My rule of thumb is if I've never heard of it before I'm already suspicious of it, and it helps to look on legit download sites like FileHippo.com, Download.com, and Softpedia.com, etc., for any information, user reviews, or staff reviews.
