If you have a problem then we would need to know more details to be able to offer advice.
However this is a user forum and as users we have no access to accounts or billing.
You seem to be saying that you have asked to change the email address that your existing licence is registered to?
Support do things like that all the time, people do change address.
They will want to know both your old and new email addresses, and your licence key.
As you already seem to have raised a support ticket please be paitent.
Your CCleaner licence will keep working, (until it expires), no matter what email address it is currently registered to.
Support is not an ‘instant’ service by any means, and it can take time (days, maybe a week or two) to get a reply from a support person.
Firstly thanks for the info but I get rubbish too often I delete in bulk. My problem is the email address I signed up for and paid the yearly subscription on the 19th January I can not access, I changed my address but it would not recognise the address when I pressed SUBMIT. They gave me a ref No. 2268---- 27/01/25 heard nothing since. I have the free version running and happy with it but no KEY.
Ah, an incorrect/mistyped email issue.
They do happen surprisingly often and I’m afraid that only support can correct them.
Unfortunately support seem to be very slow at the moment (again).
We have another poster today who has been waiting over a month for a reply.
