request for license not working

I submit my email and it says try back later. Why can't I just log into my account and see my purchases, payments and license keys like most other software vendors do?

No idea why the licence lookup may not be working. (Server maintenance, server fault, other ?) Maybe as it says try again later.

Bit if the server is down, for whatever reason, then that may not be online either.
