Under CPU all cores are reported as 3.7Ghz, which happens to be the same as the E-core rate. Bus speed is display as 37Mhz. Task Manager is reporting the CPU speed as 4.2Ghz.
Says virtualisation is not supported, but it is turned on
Says hyperthreading is supported and disabled, but its not.

Thanks for reporting this to us, I'll get this info in to be investigated further, as I don't see that this behavior has been reported before.
(An aside, IF the Core Speed and Multiplier are correct, then the Bus Speed would also seem to be correct. Worth verifying, of course, but that part seems to be correct with the info displayed. The other points you raise, of course, seem worth looking into.)
