The time remaining on the old licence should be automatically be added to the new one, but it may take a few days for that to show.
But there are a few reasons why this might not happen, if you bought a new/different licence key, if you used a different email address, or if there were more than 90 days on the old licence.
In which case email support to get the licences merged so that the new one starts when the old on ends.
I can't seem to get a renewal of my subscription, they just want me to sign up again. How do I get a RENEWAL of my subscription?

How long is left on your current licence?
Do you have a subscription?
If you have a subscription then it will renew automatically, you can mange that from within CCleaner itself:
If you don't have a subscription then you should get a reminder to renew shortly before your current licence expires:

It is wrong to have to renew the subscription if you bought the pro version.
