Received an offer to extend another year at a good price. I extended. My end date never changed, still shows 08-21-26. Should be 08-21-27. Tried contacting CCLEANER, no one ever gets back to me. Feel like I was scammed out of a year.

Fill out the form and press submit. This should open a second page with the option for an AI chat, yell at the bot if it doesn’t help and it should get you a human.

I, too, think I might have been scammed. I was not aware that my subscription was near its end and was just automatically renewed with end date of only a year. I have been getting 2 for 1 renewal offer for a couple weeks now, but have not had a chance to consider it. So why was I not automatically renewed for the 2 years instead of the 1?

I am not able to screenshot the app’s subscription page, but it does show expiration as July 3 2027. Again - Why was I only renewed for 1 year when you have been offering me to renew for 2 yrs for 1 yr price? I was not aware that my subscription was so close to the automatic renewal date and I did not have the time to consider the offers before you automatically renewed me.

@George_Y, the licence you currently have and was automatically renewed is for CCleaner Professional, and the offer of two years for the price of one is only on CCleaner Premium, so to take advantage of the offer, you need to sign up to CCleaner Premium via the offer.
No time would be lost on your licence by moving to a different tier as all existing time would be added to your new licence.
