Renewed 10/31 but Key doesn't show up

As I said, renewed on 10/31, looking for the key but when I request my keys it doesn’t show up. Heaven forbid there would be a number you could call to find out what’s going on??

Well, I’ve already done this and it shows a sub that expires 7 March of 26, but that can’t be what I just renewed, and the key that’s displayed there (which you can’t copy/paste ?!) doesn’t work in any case. Surely I didn’t renew for 4 months. I have a transaction number from the ever popular PayPal, but I don’t want to disclose it here. How’s about one of you folks open up a private support ticket so I can get this sorted out? Pretty please?
