Renewal paid by Cleverbridge, but no licence key received.

2 weeks ago I paid the renewal of my CCleaner pro by Cleverbridge, but I didn't receive any new licence key, and now, my software and your site say that I have still to renew in 12 days.

@DjangoWhile a manual licence renewal and/or upgrade will generally issue a new licence key, the automated subscription renewal should generally extend your existing licence by 12 months with no need to enter any new key. It can sometimes take a few hours for the extension to reflect in the system but certainly shouldn't take two weeks.

Edit: Actually while taking a look I found what had been blocking this extension from going through and "unstuck" it. You should see a 2023 expiry date now.

You're right : the expiry date is in 2023 now. What was the problem, and is it solved once and for all ?
