Remove old device from subscription

How do I remove an old device from my subscription, so I can add it to my new device? My subscription only covers a limited number of devices.

If you can’t access the ‘Manage Subscription’ in CCleaner Options>License key then normally I would say that you need to raise a support ticket for this issue, however -

The Support servers are down today, it’s been reported but we have had no feedback yet and have no idea when they will be working again.

However you should note that support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or more for a registered customer to get a reply.
