"Remember Me" Login Data

I always assumed that the "Remember Me" Login Data was kept in the cookie file. When I run ccleaner I always uncheck the cookie box. It's not working. Everytime I run ccleaner all my 'remember me' info gets wiped out. Is there another box I should be unchecking?
