Registry issues reappear and cannot be removed

I have done a search for my problem but there has been no actual fix for it on this website. It's either 'ignore' them which I'd rather not do or install another program to fix it which doesn't even work with Windows 7. These are the issues (http://i.imgur.com/5lQ01.jpg) that keep appearing and I cannot delete them in RegEdit either. I am using CCleaner version 3.15.1643 and Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit SP1.

The undeletable registry entires appeared after uninstalling some software that came with my Gigabyte motherboard and all instances of Java. I will reinstall them to see if they become deletable but I doubt they will. Oh, and I'm running CCleaner and RegEdit as an administrator.

P.S. I don't know why CCleaner is listing my machine as Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit SP2. There's another bug for you :P
