Registration accept my key but does not recognize my name

I don't think many people will click on your attachment of an executable file. It serves no purpose to attach that anyway.

Instead we need to know what operating system you have.

What security software (antivirus) you use.

Was this offered to you as an update or did you buy it?

If you bought it, where did you buy it from?

BTW my name is listed correctly on this forum page so what I doing wrong that the license doesn't recognize my name?

was able to reach ccleaIOMner support and had to reinstall ccleaner free and then proceed to Pro.  The instructions were not clear. Anyway I went through  whole procedure and I was accepted.  I  input exactly the same iinformation in thedialog box asI had previousl and this time it was accepted.  Thank you all for hyour input

I had this same problem, it would just not accept my name even though it was correct. So I un-installed CCleaner and went to their web site and selected the option to get a prompt to remind me of my Licence Number. The email they sent had a link to download the software again and the important advice to copy and paste the Licence Number and my Name when I went through the registration process and it work !

Indeed. Something like 99% of registration issues are from mistranscribing "I"s as "1"s, "8"s as "B"s, "5"s as "S"s or "2"s as "Z"s; or small differences like capitalisation between the the name used to purchase and the name used to register. Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V sorts it out.
