I have spent 6 hours trying to chat with an agent. Is there any way to contact anyone?

There is only the ‘Live chat’ these days - did you get no reply at all, or did you get the bot but it wasn’t passing you to a human?

Our records show that the virtual agent is transferring you to a live agent and informing you that there may be a short delay in connecting. It appears that the chat is being ended before the live agent can join.
