Hi, I’ve been in the queue multiple times, both long past the wait time provided. I just want a refund, I dont even use CC Cleaner and have apparently been billed almost 90£ for CC Cleaner professional. Can anyone help me please, the queue is just static for me I guess
lo mismo ya desde el 20 que me vienen dando vueltas con un reembolso supuestamente garantizado y hace dias ninguna respuesta, he comenzado a juntar gente para una demanda colectiva al pésimo y escondido soporte, si quieren sumarse tengo el respaldo de los correos y conversaciones de mi caso, mi correo yosoyikkienzovo@gmail.com mándenme explicándome su caso y yo les mantengo al tanto del proceso. This company is a disgrace. It should not be so difficult to contact them when there is a problem. The customer service and communication is a joke. They need to understand that it’s not acceptable to treat customers like this who have been loyal to them for years. I would love to know how many users they have lost over these past few weeks. I would never trust them again.
