I had subscribed to a ccleaner free trial and when I tried to check options to delete my payment details, it was asking me of a number sent by cleverbridge, which I haven’t received any email of. So I was not able to remove my payment method.
Then I received a notification on my ccleaner app that the trial has ended and so I chose to continue with the free version. However, just recently, I had been debited with the amount of a yearly subscription, without any email from ccleaner or anything. They just charged me. I reported to my bank already and also sent an email to support 3 days ago, but I have not received any update from them yet. I hope my funds will be refunded as I am just a low income working student and I needed the funds back asap
