Refund

I had subscribed to a ccleaner free trial and when I tried to check options to delete my payment details, it was asking me of a number sent by cleverbridge, which I haven’t received any email of. So I was not able to remove my payment method.

Then I received a notification on my ccleaner app that the trial has ended and so I chose to continue with the free version. However, just recently, I had been debited with the amount of a yearly subscription, without any email from ccleaner or anything. They just charged me. I reported to my bank already and also sent an email to support 3 days ago, but I have not received any update from them yet. I hope my funds will be refunded as I am just a low income working student and I needed the funds back asap

I tried that but they just referred me to ccleaner’s support directly. I have not received any order refernce number in my email

I am afraid that CCleaner support about licences seems to be greatly lacking at the moment. Apart from contacting them as you have done your only option is to wait and I must add that there seem to be long delays in them replying to anyone.
I am sorry we cannot offer more support to you here on the forum but we are just moderators/users with no access to any licences etc.
