I have contacted customer support about 3 times now and have not received anything further than them asking why. I just want to refund the purchase, is it that hard?? Their policies state 30 day back money, no reason needed for a refund and such, but they aren’t able to process a simple £14 ish refund?? Has anyone else tried to refund and not gotten word or is it just me.

Could you give us a few more details please.
Dont give any licence keys, card numbers, or any other personal information.
When did you Purchase CCleaner? Where did you buy it from? (£14 is not the standard price).
Have you received your licence key email?
Have you registered/activated the key?
What address are you sending emails to?
Have you had an automated reply?
PS. Sending multiple emails in sucession to the CCleaner support can actually slow things down, the automatic queuing system will collate them all together as one.
It then puts them as one new request - only just made so at the back of the queue again.
