Refund the product

I have sent to support a request for refund and i have not even got a first response from them acknowledging my request. The fact that their customers are being told that support is slow is not an excuse for this kind of service. I sent all the information that they needed to refund my money. This is ridiculous to say the least. Please bump this up to the staff for a quick resolution for me. Thanks.

Whilst I understand your frustration we are all users here not employees.

Even as moderators we are also suffering from a lack of communication with the company and we no longer have a way to escalate things to the staff.
