Refund, right of withdrawal

Since my license will expire before support responds (If they ever respond) (Expires on 07/07/2025) and support disregards its customers, how can I get a refund, exercise my right of withdrawal? Because even if support responds in a month, I would have paid for days that I would not have been able to use! On the other hand, the payment of €70 was taken…

Oh yes and that (See photo) is nonsense “[…] Support will get back to you within one or two days” I am not a difficult person but when I pay for something it is normal to receive what is due to me. I work in retail and when a customer needs help I am there.
