Refund request on reactivation purchase I did not want

I’ve been in the queue I’ve submitted tickets I pay for the premium support which failed me generated a ticket that went nowhere. I’ve been in the support queue online stuck multiple times went nowhere and dropped. The purchase was pushed through on an outdated card with the wrong number and the wrong security code that isn’t even active anymore. All I want is a refund for a product that I don’t use and didn’t want. I tried to disable the auto renew and the functionality seems broken. I just want a refund oddly enough. The new license was not activated yet but when I opened the application, it went through an automatic process of activating it convenient. that was the only way that I could get to the premium support which is really the only way they said that I could get help in a reasonable fashion, but it’s still failed me. Is there any customer support on this portion of the app that can contact me?
