Hi, I did request a refund from Oct 29 (#22251301) . Agent is approved my request and gave f me offer but i let agent know that i want a refund. Since then there is no reply from your support e-mail. 15 minutes ago i did another request but there is no auto e-mail etc…

Legit same issue, I really didn’t realize their support was so damn bad never would of used this shit if i knew. I shouldn’t have to wait days and days just to get a response about my refund. I tried the same no response to second email and the first never got any responses from my original one after the very clear automated bot response with offers.
