When I cannot finish the refund process because your refund page is FUBAR, who do I complain to? I entered all necessary info as required. It has been 2 days since my purchase. There are no phone numbers or ‘Direct to Support’ emails available. I entered my email address, then I entered the CCleaner Order number, but the NEXT BUTTON does not activate.

It appears to be working here, (Of course I don’t have a new Order reference to enter).

With previous cashback offers we have sometimes seen delays with Cleverbridge registering the purchase details with the company that actually issues the cashback payments.
So maybe try again on Monday.

Just to be sure:
You are entering the same email address that you used to purchase?
And of course the correct Cleverbridge reference?
And you have activated your new CCleaner licence?

However you should note that support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or more for a registered customer to get a reply.

Further you should note that the automatic support queue works off email addresses.
If the email you use when sending your request to support is not showing as registered to a current valid licence then you will not be seen as someone who has (currently) paid for support.
As an apparent ‘non-payer request’ your request will be non-priority and it may be a very long time (month or more) before the computer even shows your request to a support person.

PS. Sending more requests will not help - in fact it will slow a response down because each time you send another they all get automatically collected together as ‘further information’ and sent to the back of the queue again.
