I’ve messaged CCleaner support for a few times throughout past month, not even a single response. I’d like to get a refund, messaged them the same day that I was charged for a subscription plan, asking them to check my query. Do you guys have same issues?
There is no more email support from CCleaner.
All customers can now access a ‘Live Chat’ support service.
To start raise a support ticket by using this: https://support.ccleaner.com/s/contact-form?language=en_US&form=general
Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you. If the AI can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
I’ve used chatbot, can’t get a reply
Unfortunately you have to wait for the chat bot to pass to to a real person. Try asking it to do this.
Not ideal I know and at times there seems to be a long wait.
