I submitted a request for a refund for a downloaded subscription to the company. Ticket ID: 23944079. To date, no one has responded. I haven’t received any email informing me when the refund will be issued. The chat doesn’t work at all. I’ve waited an hour, and no one has responded. The customer service is terrible. I want my money back!
I’ve been going through the same thing for the past 3 days. They take your money a month before it’s due but can’t return it until you “chat” with a real person who probably doesn’t exist. I’ve been waiting for several hours but no one ever gets to you in the chat forum.

Hi after several months of no response, I just had my bank reverse the charges. Was done within 24 hours.
Just asked my credit union to reverse the charges. They keep sending ‘we miss you cards’, but I’m not falling for it. (I did like the product, but with no customer support, it’s worthless)
