Different Recycle Bin issue. V5.00
CCleaner finishes cleaning but item from the Recycle Bin were not erased.
Cleaning again, files still exist in Recycle Bin.
Recycle Bin can be emptied with right-click "empty Recycle Bin.
Windows 8.1, all updates installed.
Previous version(s) of CCleaner worked fine.
EDIT: Results page does not show Recycle bin has been cleaned, the box is checked under the System group.

after ccleaner running its empty (checked with hidden files and systemfiles visible)
but running ccleaner again immediately all the erased files again appear in the list of
erased files - i can reproduce that effect as many times as i want...
Update to issue.
It appears that CCleaner is now correctly cleaning my Recycle Bin.
I have not applied any updates to either CCleaner nor Windows. This would have been the second restart.
I will consider case closed but will monitor.
For all files in Recycle Bin to be cleaned, ensure . . .
Options\ Advanced\ untick ☐ Only delete files in Recycle Bin older than 24 hours
I'm having the identical problem with CCleaner, it deletes the same files every time I run it. Even if I run the cleaning again immediately after the first run. Can anybody help with the issue?
P.S. Managed to solve the problem by deleting $Recycle.bin folder through admin command prompt.
