je voulais acheter recuva et j'ai vu que recuva était inclus avec ccleaner pro. j'ai acheté ccleaner pro, mais je ne vois pas recuva. comment faire ?

je ne voulais pas ccleaner pro, je ne voulais que recuva. je n'ai pas besoin de ccleaner pro ! j'ai téléchargé la version gratuite de recuva mais lorsque je demande la version payante, je n'ai pas la possibilité de mettre la clé de licence, on me demande de repayer. comment puis-je annuler l'achat de ccleaner pro ? je ne veux plus de ce logiciel parce que je n'ai pas recuva. comment contacter l'éditeur de ccleaner pour annuler l'achat ?

Install it, and open it.
On the first screen click 'Cancel'

On the next screen click 'Options'
In the window that opens click the 'About' tab and then click 'Upgrade to Pro'

Enter your licence details and then click 'Register' to activate it as PRO.

If you have mistakenly purchased a CCleaner licence then you need to contact support and ask them to cancel it and refund you.
