I want to cancel my recuva subscription in order to prevent automatic renewal. I have purchased a 1 year PRO subscription and the Recuva application does not have an option to manage the subscription. I contacted support 10 days ago with no response.
Is there a way to cancel the auto renewal of the subscription?

Support isn't 'Live Chat' and it can sometimes take a week. or even more at times. to get a reply from a support agent.
You are not the only person wanting support and your request is in a queue with all the other requests that have been made.
Also note that sending more than one email to support can actually make the response slower.
That's because the automatic qeuing system collects all your emails together and puts them all as one to the back of the queue as one new request.
The system does that so that if your later emails have new information then they will all get opened and read at the same time.
