Recuva Subscription Cancellation

Hello, I purchased a 1-year Recuva subscription yesterday. But the program did not work for me. I would like to request a refund. I would be happy if you could help me.

We do not have access to accounts/billing/licencing here, this is a user forum.

WARNING- Don’t try to change the language, use the form just as it is.

However you should note that support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or more for a registered customer to get a reply.

We might be able to help you to recover your files, if you would like to tell us:
Why you were trying to recover files eg. deleted files, formatted media, something else?
What media the drive was, HDD, SSD, USB stick, SD card, etc.
How you were using Recuva to look for the files. (Wizard or Advanced options).

There can be different options that you need to use depending on just how the files were ‘lost’, what media the drive is, etc.
