I have a friend who accidentally cleared her entire hard drive and is trying to get it back using Recuva. Randomly however, the app will close out of nowhere when the scan is in progress.
I suspect it has something to do with low memory, but I don’t know how to help her.
Can somebody give me some advice if they have any?
