Recuva professional cannot access USB data

Hi,

Just purchased Recuva Professional, and it cannot access the USB drive I want to retrieve.

Have followed all the instruction, Still it cannot retrieve.

Need a refund

I have the same problem with the free versiĆ³n of recuva, what can i resolve?

I just purchased recuva and has the same problem.

I am running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit, and just purchased Recuva Professional (v.1.53.1087).

When I attempt to run a scan of a USB drive it says "Failed to scan the following drives: E:: Unable to determine file system type"

When I ran a scan using the Power Data Recovery Minitool it scanned and identified the over 11k files on the drive, so I know they are there.

Isn't recuva supposed to be able to identify and recover files on a RAW partition?

I don't believe so.
