Would it be possible to release Recuva in other langages than English, as it is already the case for CCleaner, Deffrag and Speecy?

Recuva does come with a lang folder, perhaps yours was initially removed so none was made
If you download portable recuva and extract 1036.dll (french/france) into a lang folder in recuva's program folder
If you wish other languages besides french/france here is a link, the last (right most) number in the table should correspond with the dll file for the language you want.
By default though, all language files should be installed already.
