To begin with, you can contact our support team at any time by the Contact Us form located here: https://support.piriform.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=86507 or by emailing support@ccleaner.com directly - your request will be prioritized if you are a paid user. We also now offer the CCleaner Premium Bundle, such as available in our Cyber Monday sale here: https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/cyber-monday which will prioritize the request further, and also allow you to access our support via chat instead if preferred.
NAS drives, however, may have additional complications; for instance, if both were installed in the same NAS, then it is possible that the data was 'striped' across both drives, or that it was encrypted by the NAS; Recuva may not be able to recover the data in that case. If possible, the simplest option might be to connect the NAS to the computer via a USB cable to allow Recuva to access it that way.
I would also recommend getting in contact with the manufacturer of the NAS to see if they can recommend any recovery tools specifically for, or verified with, their NAS as that would offer the best chance of recovering the files. (You would also, in any event, need sufficient drive space on your computer or on additional external drives to recover the data to.)
