Recuva Files Recover But Not Opened

we are purchase recuva software & run program successfully then after recovery files show but they cant opened. please help early as possible.

Can you give more details please; the answers will help us work out what may or may not be possible now.

What kind of drive are you attempting to recover from?
HDD, SSD, USB stick, SD card, something else?
If it’s a HDD/SSD then is it internal or external to the computer?

How did the files become lost?
Files accidentally deleted, drive reformatted, malware, something else?

And then tell us just how you used Recuva.
How long had it been since the files were lost?
Did you use the recovery Wizard or the Advanced Options?
Most important; did you recover the files to a different drive or to the same one?

We are recover files from Internal HDD. And all recovery files saved in same d drive. I request you please take remote session and solve it. Files are accidently delete its shift+delete command. & I recover the files to a drive same one.

That is what I feared you had done, (but hoped that you hadn’t done).

You should never ever recover files to the same drive that you are recovering from.

You should only ever recover to a different drive.

The deleted data that you are attempting to recover is in space on the drive that Windows has marked as being empty and available for new files to be written there.
So if you recover to the same drive then what you are recovering is likely to get written there, overwriting what you are trying to recover in the first place and so making it impossible to recover properly.

By recovering to the same drive you have overwritten parts of what you were trying to recover with what had been recovered so far.

That is why you get that error message when trying to open the files, parts of them are no longer the original data.
What you have recovered now is the original filenames but containing a load of jumbled and so invalid data.

To put it another way:
The data that was contained in your original files has now been overwritten with new data, and so they are no longer valid files and no longer openable as files.

As you have destroyed the original file contents by overwriting them then nobody will now be able to get them back in a form that you can open as before.

Do not pay money to someone who says that they can, especially do not let some online “technical support” remote onto your machine to try.
(Anyone who says that they can remote onto your machine and recover your data for a price is likely to instead steal information and/or infect you with malware).

Nobody reputable would ever remote onto your machine to attempt a file recovery, they would need to have the actual drive or the actual computer in their hands.

as per your instruction we follow and recuva software run and recovery file download in usb pendrive. but same error will be show..your aplication dosent work get shft delete data..he find only but file recovery after not open its showing syntax error/securly deleted file …show error..that would be better you are request to return my moneyback.

The software works, I and many others have used Recuva sucessfully many times.

However like any tool you have to know how to use it properly to get good results.
Always read the instructions carefully before using any powerful tool.
If you use a tool incorrectly then you can easilly cause damage.

In this case Recuva hasn’t worked for you because you did not use it correctly.
By recovering files to the same drive YOU have overwritten/destroyed the original data so that it is no longer recoverable.
(It doesn’t matter what recovery software you try now, you have already overwritten/destroyed the original data).
