So here are the dumps. Ive also recorded the events in procmon but they area little big (6-7M). I used to use this software, long ago, and it worked then. Now- nada.

Please describe what you are doing and seeing, any error messages, and so on.
Also; what type of drive you are trying ro recover files from, (HDD, SSD, Flash Drive, SD card, etc) and why (deleted by mistake, drive crashed, something else).
How are you connecting that drive to your machine, What operating system you are using.

That is somewhat of a contradiction, either it's portable or it's installed, which one do you have?
If it is a portable version then where did you download it from?
PS. The dump files are pretty meaningless without a debugging tool to read them and the knowledge to interpret the results, which not everyone will have.
