Recuva Bootable

The other day I made a bootable version of recover for my own use. This boots off a cd like a windows install disk. Would it be breaking the piriform user licence to share this?

It would have been very considerate to post the answer here, for others like myself that need a bootable CD version

yes it would be against the license to distribute it.
