When I press Scan in any of my hard disks, recuva crashes immediately. Here is a screenshot.
If you need any more info please tell me, it crashes every time and so I can reproduce it.
Recuva has worked very well for me till this last version, 1.09.
I've experienced the same problem as XhmikosR. Please, take a look below...
Can you post logs and we will look into this straight away.

With 1.08 I had no problem at all, but I've tested in another pc and there it worked just fine version 1.09.

I think we have the exact same problem. Logs are the same
i downloaded 1.09 hopefully that my recurring errors with all versions past 1.01 were getting better - not the case - exact opposite in fact - i tried this version and it found virtually no files (1 desktop.ini file) deleted (it ignored pretty much ALL of the other deletes!?) - i then ran old trusty if slow (and far from perfect) 1.01 and it found the far more accurate 118, 289 files
tweaks to upload size limits in this forum disallow me from also posting a jpg from the 1.01 (not sure why - just makes it harder to help the cause), so you'll have to just trust me on what 1.01 found vs 1.09
unfortunately going in wrong direction in this release, and 1.01 still the best (even if slowest)
Recuva 1.09 don't work for me, also.
