Please tell me the reason why it does not work with my mail address I gave with my purchase, and which is not recognised. I need to get the reference of my purchase and payment by Cleverbridge to go further and be able to handle my licence. Please tell me what I have to do to get my purchase documents (invoice, confirmation of my order). I sent a message to CCleaner support for the second time today again, as I did not get any answer after my first message 5 days ago. The reference of my ticket sent today is 23761580. Shall I get an answer because of this problem for which I need a quick solution ? Thank you in advance.
From what you say then it sounds that you mistyped your email address when purchasing, it happens more often than you might think.
If you do enter an incorrect email like that then it means two things, both of which you say are happening to you:
- Firstly any payment confirmation etc., will be sent to the email address that you typed - if that wasn’t your correct email address then it won’t have / can’t have been sent to your email.
- Secondly your correct address was not used to make any purchase, so if you try to use it in any of the CCleaner or Cleverbridge lookup tools your correct email address isn’t recognised as belonging to a valid account.
These mistyped email situations do happen and @Laurence_CCleaner should be able to help you get things corrected, although it may now be Monday, office hours, before he visits the forum again and replies to you.
