What app was that?
(Was it a regular app that went wrong? Or was it some kind of malware?)
It was an app that went wrong.
What can I do to fix this? I can't use any of the softwares that I use for school, like rendering softwares and such.
You have to go into Recuva's settings and enable a setting to have it "Restore folder structure." That probably details starting over from scratch and doing the restore again.

OK, what app was it (name), and how did it 'go wrong'?
If you want us to work out how to help we have to know exactly what went wrong in the first place.
