i ve found the desired files (word documents) with deep scan of recuva professional; they were marked green; recovery is marked full, but i have only 1 KB files that I cant open with any program. please help. it is urgent and very important
If you found the files with a deep scan they will have names of [1234].docx or similar. What makes you think they are your lost files? If they are 1kb then they are not Word files.
