Just wanted to check if theres more i can do for this situation.
Accidently deleted my videos off my card. Immediately stopped using it to avoid overwriting data.
I’ve used Recuva [v1.53 , advance file recovery] and was able to recover around 30% of my .insv videos but the rest are formatted [*****].mp4 and cannot open them in studio360, vlc, media player etc.
Are there any other tools or steps that can help?

First off check the size of the recovered files.
If they are the size in KB that you would expect for such video files then they have probably lost their file headers, or the header has become unreadable.
However if they are only one or two KB then it’s probably just the names that have been recovered from the Master File Table, not the files themselves.
If they are the size that you would expect then you could try the advice here:
A quick google will also find other tools for repairing various video formats, that won’t open.

yeah some of the file sizes are 300 MBs to 19 GBs even.
