Hi,
One of my guy accidentally deleted his Outlook.pst file from his 'My Document' folder. (Outlook 2010).
He deleted the file, then clear the Recycle Bin.
So when we scan for the file, I found it in the Recycle Bin and it is in 'Orange' status. I put it in a USB stick and try to open it in my Outlook but it says it is not a valid Outlook pst file.
Do I have to do a full deep scan in the 'My Documents' folder instead of the one in 'Recycle Bin'? Is there any difference?
