Recover from Mobile's phone Internal Memory

Hello, I to recover data from my mobile's phone internal memory,

I've tried it with my Nokia 6220c connected to PC with Nokia PC Suite in PC Suit mode,

it read the address of the phone's memory but couldn't read any data to recover.
