After cleaning CCleaner computer, the function call:
RaiseException (EXCEPTION_BREAKPOINT, 0, 1, nil);
there is a complete freeze. Help in this situation …
CCleaner v 3.25.1872 64 bit
Win 8 64 bit
Latest CCleaner version is 4.12
You are many versions behind.
New versions and build types can be gotten here

But after cleaning the computer freezes when trying to call this function. Perhaps it has something to fix it?

Can you give a bit more info.
1. Does the Cclean complete without any problem?
2. Does the freeze happen immediately?
3. Does the whole computer freeze?
4. What do you do to get out of the freeze?
5. Has this problem just started happening ? (you were using ccleaner before)
6. Can you run ccleaner in debug mode and attach the text log here (you may have to zip it to attach it in a post)

This log doesn't show a freeze. It shows a proper exit. Can you provide a log with it freezing the computer please. Thank you for your patience.

I did not freezes CCleaner and after cleaning the computer software version 3.25, stopped running the program using functions:

When I try to run the program with this feature, the computer completely freezes.
Log from a previous version, I can not provide, as replaced by a new version.

Did you use CCleaner's registry cleaner? If so, there's a chance some of the C++ runtime environment values got wiped. Restore the backup you (hopefully) made.
If you only used the junk file cleaning, you may need to reinstall the C++ runtime and whatever debugger you use. Most likely the Visual Studio debugger.
Are you 100% sure this isn't just a problem with your code? RaiseException();, when not attached to a debugger, will iterate through the memory stack. If the exception in your code is thrown because of a stack related issue, I'd imagine something crazy would happen. Look for memory leaks in particular.
Finally, is the EXCEPTION_MAXIMUM_PARAMETERS value in your debugger set to a value greater than 1? You would need to investigate where/how this is set within the documentation for whatever debugger you use.
