Hi team, I purchased a CCleaner Pro Plus license via CCleaner Android app. Purchases was linked via Play Store and it was successful. Post that, I received a receipt from Googe Play Store but there’s no email on License info. I am unable to establish license for Android and Windown device as Pro Plus licence covers 3 devices. I tried to go to CCleaner official support page to retrieve the license. It says “There’s no license with the email address”.
Please help me how can I get the license?
Sorry but I’m afraid that you seem to have misunderstood how the Google licensing works.
You cannot purchase a CCleaner Pro Plus licence through the Google Play Store.
It is simply not available there.
The licence available through Google is for CCleaner Android only.
It does not have a licence key, instead it is linked to the Google account it was purchased from.
It may be used on any Android device that is logged into that Google account.
If you want a multi-device CCleaner licence that also covers PC and/or Mac devices as well as Android (ie a Pro-Plus licence 3-devices or a Premium licence 5-devices) then it must be purchased from CCleaner themselves and not from Google.
That purchase would give you a key, and that key would enable you to activate CCleaner on PC or Mac, as well as on Android without having to purchase a licence from Google.
If your purchase from Google was recent then you may be able to cancel it for a refund.
And then purchase CCleaner Pro Plus or Premium from CCleaner themselves and use the key that you would then get.
