Purchased premium subscription - does not work on mac as advertised

I have not been this frustrated with a company in a long time. I purchased a new subscription for the CC Cleaner Professional subscription, and it said that it worked with Mac. I downloaded it but it is an .exe file, which ONLY WINDOWS CAN OPEN. There is nowhere on the website that I can find where I can download the “PROFESSIONAL” VERSION FOR MAC. There is just the standard “Mac” edition.

I want my money back. This company has no phone number, and no email for customer support. So awful

Firstly - You should never post your licence key online, it will be stolen and if it’s subsequently used to activate more machines than the licence covers it will be revoked and become useless.
I have removed it for your security.

Second -You already have all you need to install CCleaner Professional on a Mac; you are simply misunderstanding how the multi-device licencing works.

CCleaner is the same app for Free and Pro versions, activating the app as Pro ‘unlocks’ the extra features.

So if you have the ‘standard’ CCleaner for Mac downloaded and installed then you simply activate it as Professional by entering your licence key.

Download it, install CCleaner on the Mac, open CCleaner and enter your licence key to activate it as Pro.
