Hello All. I purchased a one year CC Pro subscription back in Nov 2024. It expired in March of 2025 however. Not sure why it expired after only 4 months. I have tried several times in the last month to contact CC via the submission form. I received the email stating that they received my inquiry but never had any follow up email whatsoever. Any suggestion is appreciated.
Did it say ‘Expired’ or ‘Invalid’? They mean different things.
If you have raised a ticket using the form then please stop sending new ones, it can actually slow a response down.
Each time that you send a new onethe automatic system appendes it to your previous one(s) and sends it all to the back of the queue as one request.
You also have another issue here that will be slowing a response down anyway.
The automatic support queue works off registered email addresses.
So if the email you are sending your ticket request from does not show a current licence then you will not be seen as someone who has paid for support.
As an apparent ‘non-payer request’ your request will be non-priority and it may be a very long time (month or more) before the system even shows your request to a support person.
Sorry but this forum is run by users and we have no access to accounts/billing or support tickets.

Thanks for your response. The license says expired even though I paid for one year. Very frustrating that I can’t use the product until this is resolved. In addition. I’ve been a customer for five years and I’m now treated without consideration. Very poor customer service.
I don’t think you will find anyone here who says any different.
Support used to be ‘same day’ quick even for non-registered emails, and that’s just a few years ago.
It all went to pot when Gen Digital acquired CCleaner along with Avast and Norton Lifelock.
That’s a shame. I will not be renewing my subscription. Plenty of other options out there. Thanks.
