Purchased CCleaner Twice — Both License Codes Invalid (Error ALPHA 0x10000003)

Hi,
I’m honestly extremely frustrated right now.

I’ve purchased the 1-year CCleaner Professional package twice, and both license codes fail to activate. Every attempt gives me:

Error ALPHA (0x10000003): Unable to activate license

I already contacted support, and all I got back was, “We’ve escalated the issue.” That’s it. No solution, no working key, no update, nothing. Meanwhile, I’m out almost $50 and still can’t use the software I paid for.

At this point, I just need someone from CCleaner to actually fix this, not just kick the ticket upstairs. Either provide a valid license or fix whatever activation issue is blocking legitimate purchases.

Wow what a great idea, make a community help forum with no actual support so we can just troubleshoot on our own I guess.
