the customer service is really terrible, if it possible, pls return my money back , i do not want to use the software any more.
the onlie support is a joke, there is no button to submmit, i have tried chrome, edge and firefox to asking for support.
BTW, i also sent a email to support@ not any information got!!
All customers MUST now use the ‘Live Chat’ support service. It is currently the only way to contact support.
To start the support process fill in this form: Contact Form.
Once you have answered the questions click ‘Next’ and you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request.
The 'Live Chart dialogue should open automatically with a message from the AI Chatbot - if it doesn’t open itself then there is a ‘Start Chat’ button.
If the Chatbot can’t help then you will be passed to a real person.
IMPORTANT- Don’t just fill in the form and leave - If you do not engage with the chat then you will not get any reply.

On your screenshot of the ‘connect to an agent’ form there should be “Next” button just underneath the bottom-left of that form.
(I’m on my phone at the moment but I’ll try and add a scrernshot of it later - See below).
If (as it seems from your screenshot) the “Next” is not showing in your particular browser then it is almost aways because of either:
1- Your Adblocker(s) is hiding it by mistake.
Try making that page an exception in your Adblockers, or temporarily turning them off.
2- Your browser’s security setting is set to Strict/Advanced and is hiding it.
Try setting it back to Basic/Standard.
When set on the highest security setting any/all browsers security will sometimes hide buttons, images, and/or other parts of webpages
I have merged the new thread that you started into your original one.
Please follow the advice that I gave about the Adblockers and the browser security setting and I am 99.9% sure that the Next button will then appear for you.

Note that sometimes instead of showing that button there will be a message along the lines of “We think you may be a bot …”, - if you see that message then simply refresh the page to get the button.
If you don’t see either the Next button or the bot message then follow my advice above about your Adblockers and Browser Security settings.
