Hi,
I have purchased CCleaner Cloud from CCleaner direct and I got an email to activate the account. However, I actually had a CCleaner Cloud account before and the settings were still in that account. I realize that we are not given the activation code to allow us to activate and link it to the old account. Perhaps some help on this and to add it for future customers as well?
Thanks!
Please contact CCleaner directly either by email or webpage with your suggestion/request.

With CCleaner Home versions if you purchase a new licence key rather that renewing an existing key then support can 'merge' the two licences for you.
I would imagine that they can do the same for the business versions, including CCleaner Cloud.
Hazelnut has already given you the contact links.
thanks for the replies! Already tried emailing them but thought it will be faster if someone experience this before and could advise?

We don't get many business edition users on the forum.
This whole 'CCleaner Cloud' section has only had 55 threads in the last 8 years, and the last thread posted before this one was in 2019.
However, because of that, you have inadvertently been given the wrong support options.
We have given you the general support rather than the dedciated CCleaner Cloud support form which you can find here:

I thought it was just me that the link was not working haha. Thanks for this link! I have submitted a ticket and hopefully they could assist me. Thank you guys!
Well, until yesterday I did not know that there was a seperate form for CCleaner Cloud.
I'd assume that the general support would have eventual pointed you to it, or would have passed your request to the CCleaner Cloud support section.
Hopefully you are now in contact with the right support team, and can now get your 2 cloud licences merged into one.
