Hi, i bought Recuva in August 2018
i payed by paypal at cs-paypal@cleverbridge.com
I never receive my licence.
it was just before my summer holliday, after i forgot to search my purchase.
Today i was in demand of Recuva, remember i bought it years ago, searching my email anc licence. nothing.
i need someone to talk and i want my recuva pro licence. i have my paypal and cleverbridge purchase ticket with the number of purchase.

Firstly the good news - Recuva Free version does exactly the same recovery from Hard Drives, USB sticks, and SD cards as the paid for version does.
Having the paid for Pro version will not recover anything that the Free version will recover.
You do not need to buy a Recuva licence unless you want to pay for ‘official’ support.
Also note:
Unless you bought a renewing yearly subscription then a licence purchased in 2018 would have been a 1-year licence that would have expired in 2019 anyway.
If you had bought a renewing subscription then you would have been charged for it every year, and I would have thought you would have noticed any such charge on your PayPal statements.
Just in case you do have a renewing supscription, you can try putting the email address that you used when purchasing Recuva into the licence lookup tool: CCleaner.com - License Lookup
