Progress bar dissapears

Hello.

Progress bar dissapears when cleaning takes long. Happend when cleaning Windows.old.

OS: Windows 10 Enterprise, x64, 1703 

CCleaner: v5.37 (x64)

I use Windows built in Disk Cleanup (system files) for cleaning Windows.old

Devs read posts so they will see your comments about this.

there have been many issues with CC cleaning windows.old 

so many in fact that in this new release it should be OFF by default.

even if it does work, as you have found, it simply takes forever. 

the CHKDSK process takes mere minutes.

It just works, used from 1511 build.
